Solid 1-on-1 attention will allow us to focus solely on your goals and your budget.

	There will be a telephone conversation and/or meeting during which we will gather necessary background information to make the most out of our options.
	We will receive a soils report, grading plan and structural plans to determine the extent of our options.
	We will put together a unique plan and timetable just for YOU.
	We will submit a letter of intent to begin the project and/or we will design a section for pricing and budgeting purposes.
	Coordination is key. We will develop the plan, do an estimate and disseminate both plans for plan check and for pricing.
	We will monitor the plan check process and respond accordingly.
	We will have a pre-construction meeting with your field personnel to ensure your satisfaction and timetables are met.
	We will respond promptly to any field fixes or field issues that might arise and work toward their resolution.
	We will manage our labor force to ensure that all of the projects we do, with you or otherwise, are manned properly.
